Pop-up’s on the form!

We do BPO’s. My husband pulls the comps, I input the data, and he finishes off the comps. Most forms aren’t too bad, Bpo services but occasionally I just want to throttle the programmer who coded the form.

Imortgage Services wins the worst form award. Every field on the subject triggers a pop-up window of the exact parameters they want. I’m not insensitive that they want houses identical to subject, pop-ups make me want to give them their BPO back and charge them an additional $50 for the added hassle.

First American’s Litton form comes in a close second. Bpo services They don’t have multiple pop-ups, but you do have to tab twice to get out of every field. The other issue with the Litton form is it will *never* pass QC the first time.

One of my dreams is to someday sit down with the programmers of the BPO forms and give them on advice on what to do make forms more user friendly. My first bit of advice – never use pop-ups. Ever.
